Shipping Areas

Currently, we ship exclusively within the European Union.

International shipping outside the EU is currently not available.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via GLS courier service.

Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and, where available, tracking information as well.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days.

During peak periods, promotions, campaigns, or holiday seasons, processing times may be longer.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are generally:

  • Hungary: 1-3 business days
  • Other EU countries: 2-5 business days

Delivery times may depend on:

  • the destination country,
  • local courier operations,
  • seasonal demand,
  • or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on:

  • destination country,
  • package size,
  • current shipping conditions.

Free shipping is available above certain order values.

Current shipping conditions and fees are displayed during checkout.

Delays and External Circumstances

Although we do our best to ensure fast delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • courier service issues,
  • weather conditions,
  • technical problems,
  • public holidays,
  • or force majeure events.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control; however, we will always do our best to assist with shipment tracking and support.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully check your shipping details before placing your order.

SunBoost is not responsible for delivery issues or delays resulting from:

  • incorrect addresses,
  • incomplete information,
  • or unavailable recipients.

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. take photos of the package,
  2. keep the original packaging,
  3. and contact us as soon as possible at:
