How we process your request When you submit a request through this page, our compliance provider (Consentmo) processes your email address and technical data (such as IP address) solely for the purpose of verifying and fulfilling the request, preventing abuse, and maintaining compliance records. Access or download my data
You can request a copy of the personal data we store about you, including account information and order history. You can also request the data in a portable format (CSV or PDF).
Response time: We will respond within one month. If your request is complex, we may extend this period to the extent permitted by law, and we will notify you accordingly.
Correct my data
If you believe your personal data is inaccurate or incomplete (for example, an incorrect shipping address or a typo in your name), you can update it here.
Delete my data
You can request the deletion of personal data we store in the shop (also known as the "right to be forgotten").
