Return Period
In our online store, returns may be requested within 30 days from the date the product is received.
In accordance with European Union consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a minimum 14-day right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
Return Conditions
Returned products must be:

- undamaged,
- unused,
- in their original packaging,
- and in resalable condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- opened beauty drinks,
- opened food supplements,
- products with damaged safety seals,
- partially consumed beverages,
- or products that cannot be resold due to hygiene reasons.
Custom-made or personalized products are also non-returnable.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Promotional Products
Products purchased on sale or as part of promotions are also covered by the legally required right of withdrawal.
However, certain limited campaign bundles or gift promotions may be subject to special conditions.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please:

Refunds
